All orders ship free. Standard delivery takes 5–12 business days to the continental US. Tracking is emailed automatically once your order ships — usually within 1–2 business days of ordering.

We ship internationally. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination (typically 10–20 business days). Customs fees, if any, are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

Not happy? We make it easy.

• 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• To start a return, email support@aurabazaar.com with your order number.

Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we replace it — no return shipping required. Just send us a photo and we handle the rest.
